Returns FAQs


Our policy lasts 30 days for money back, and a 1 year manufacturers warranty. If problems happen after the warranty terms is over please feel free to contact us and we'll see what we can do. To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5 business days.

Returns Policy

We accept returns for refunds and exchanges. To return your product, please contact us for a return authorization.
Hydration Pack Policy - We allow hydration packs to be tested and returned if you don't like them as a functional test is important. We do ask that the pack is hand washed or washed on a delicate cycle and air dried before being returned for sanitary purposes. Please use non bleach, non scented detergents for this as bleach based detergents can bleach the pack!

There is a £15 cleaning fee charged for returned packs that are not washed. Items returned clean ensures the safety of our staff in processing the return.
Lifestyle and Accessories - (Gym Bag, Messenger Bag, UHTP, Transition Wrap, Clothing, etc) Products must be returned in a new and unworn condition for a refund.

We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
